DUSTIN VAN ALPHEN
Dustin is the owner of Capital Region Home Inspection. He is originally from Claverack, NY just outside of Hudson, NY and is a graduate of The Sage Colleges in Albany, NY.
Dustin always knew that he wanted to be self employed, but it wasn’t until he and his Wife bought their first home in 2017 that he realized his passion for helping clients through the complicated home buying process. He completed C.A.T.S. Home Inspection School - Albany, in New York and is an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector. # 16000102138. Dustin also holds dual licenses with the state of New York as a Mold Assessor. Lic #01511. Dustin has completed thousands of home inspections in upstate New York and has the experience and professionalism you can always rely on!
Currently, Dustin lives just outside of Waterford, NY in Melrose, NY with his Wife, Mara and their two dogs Rusty and Sadie.
